RETURNS

All sales are final, products purchased and are unable to be exchanged/returned due to change of mind. 


Products marked on 'SALE' are unable to be returned or refunded.

If your product arrives damaged or is defective we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the product will be replaced promptly.
If this has happened to your order, please send us an email at hello@gildie.co.nz with your order number and pictures of the damaged product.

You will need to hold onto the damaged product while the returns claim is under process.

Please make sure your item is couriered and tracked.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Returned Order paid by Laybuy/Afterpay

If you have purchased a product using LAYBUY please note that there is a restocking fee of 4.6% on your ENTIRE ORDER.

If you are looking to refund only part of your order, you will still have to pay your full LAYBUY payment till the end of its term but will be refunded the price of the returned item from LAYBUY themselves.

If you have purchased a product using AFTERPAY please note that there is a restocking fee of 4.7% on your ENTIRE ORDER.

If you are looking to refund only part of your order, you will still have to pay your full AFTERPAY payment till the end of its term but will be refunded the price of the returned item from AFTERPAY themselves.

Shipping costs on any return are non-refundable.
